Shipping and Handling Charges

We do not mark up shipping and handling charges and pass on our shipping discounts to our customers. During summer months, we may place a biodegradable ice pack into your order to ensure your candle or wax bars do not melt. We may also restrict shipping on Fridays during summer months to ensure your order does not sit during downtime on the weekends in shipping centers. 

Do you ship international? 

We currently ship domestic only. There are strict cosmetic guidelines that must be adhered to in each country, so we are unable to ship to many at this time. We hope to soon add additional countries. 

Shipping Address

Please be sure your shipping  and billing addresses are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for errors with your address and print all labels from the information provided. If an order is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, the buy is responsible for additional shipping charges to re-ship the package.  

Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages

Sometimes the carrier may occasionally lose or delay a package. If this is the case and your order has not arrived, please let us know and we will work with the carrier to locate your package. We do reserve the right to allow 14 days from your package reflecting in-transit, pending, delivered, etc. before sending a replacement order or issuing a refund. If you product is damaged upon arrival, please let us know within 72 hours of delivery and we will work to make it right.
